Six years since calling it quits, North Carolina's Advent have returned and are as fierce as ever. Originally rising from the ashes of Beloved (Solid State Records), Advent churns out brutally heavy spirit-filled hardcore in the vein of classis acts such as Hatebreed, Earth Crisis, Zao, and Converge. 'Pain & Suffering' is their first recorded output since 2009's 'Naked & Cold' and proves that Advent is better and more focused than ever.
