Rare gem that was originally only findable via the Beverly Hills 90210 soundtrack. Out of print digitally since 2014, this is the first time the song has ever been available physically. Chronologically, "Sierra's Song" was recorded around the time of When The World Comes Down, AAR's third studio album. In an abstract sense, the song is somewhat of a sonic bridge between certain ballad-centric compositions and arrangements explored on Move Along ("It Ends Tonight," "Straightjacket Feeling") and those later realized on When The World Comes Down ("The Wind Blows," "Another Heart Calls"). To celebrate the 15th anniversary of When The World Comes Down and properly kick off the band's first North American headlining tour in over a decade (starting August 11, 2023), Dark Operative is ecstatic to bring "Sierra's Song" back from the beyond via a special full-color 7" picture disc flexi.
