Flautist Annarella Sörlin (resident in Örebro) and ngoni master Django Diabaté (from Mali, resident in Senegal) present
their exciting musical meeting, which will release its debut album "Jouer" on October 25. The duo met in the fall of
2022 when they were both on an extensive European tour with the band Wau Wau Collectif. Annarella and Django immediately
discovered that the mix of their widely different instruments (Swedish flute and West African string instrument) created
something special and unique. As an inventive musical play across borders and cultures.
The album will be co-released with Swedish label sing a song fighter.
