The Black Pine show patience and measured angst with an emotional vocabulary that many bands just can't master. Dark songwriting that doesn't aspire to goth, and the ability to conjure deep sadness without getting emo. They have scored music for Adam Goldberg's films "I Love Your Work" and "Running With Bulls" as well as working with Sara Silverman on her live one woman show.
