Twenty-five years have zipped by since their explosive debut the BRIEFS are celebrating their quarter-century anniversary as frantic, energetic, and snotty as ever. The iconic bleach blonde brutes are riding high on this milestone, fresh off a successful summer 2024 European tour and gearing up for a US West Coast tour this fall. Re-energized and ready to make noise, the BRIEFS stormed Berlin's Smail Shock Studio over the summer, emerging with the scorching new 7" record: "High Society b/w You Move Me" primed for a November 2024 release. Sewing together a tattered tapestry of 70s-style punk-with a nod toward Dangerhouse Records, DEVO, Thrasher Magazine, and ABBA -- the BRIEFS infectious songwriting style remains as sticky as industrial hold hairspray.
