On We Bite, For many years part of the punk scene in California, this new record was recorded with their best line-up they ever had since their days with Ralph Lotspeich and Mike Branum. Through several line up changes and a mdley of U.S. and European tours CAPITOL PUNISHMENT has outlived most of the punk bands from the 80's. This rare longevity has given them a unique grasp of punk and how it relates to the world.
