Hans-Joachim Roedelius & Dieter Meobius' 10th album, originally released in 1981 on Germany's Sky Label. Usually overlooked compared to the band's 70's releases, Curiosum contains electronic pulses that create feelings of paranoia and unease, with squelching and whirring background sounds that fill out the atmosphere brilliantly. Check out "Proantipro" which is a different track than anything else and could easily pass for a Throbbing Gristle outtake. Helle Melange has the air of an old folk song but as imagined by the inhabitants of some future society. Reissued here on 180 gram vinyl.
