"DEATH IT TO LOVE" was constructed using some soundscapes and incomplete songs as well as some band new compositions. Each piece was inspired by different works of art I have seen over the past year or so. Some of the sounds were recorded on location at various galleries, outdoor spaces and islands. Much of the lyrics were improvised, using bare bones of text to work from. Saliva Beach was originally recorded in 1999 on guitar and voice, and was re-imagined for this project. The cassette contains 5 tracks made for this release only, in a run of only 160 copies available for sale, this is the first cassette Chris Connelly (Ministry, Revolting Cocks) has ever done.
