Debut E.P. on Black Opal from Sydney's Cop Envy. Little info out there on this snare rattler but what we know is that over three tracks (and a 4th devastating remix from Manse) instrumental, knife-sharp UK Funky is alive and well in the Antipodes. Utilising sparse melodic riffs over skeletal rhythms, the tracks are loose enough for thick bass to ball through alongside whipcrack snares and savage kicks.
