After a handful of eps and split releases the talented working class punkrockers from Day Drinker now present you their official debut album release. The band is active since 2020 and perfected their style and brand of ultra melodic and catchy punkrock in the years leading up to this album. Their roots are firmly embedded in hardcore and streetpunk (Day Drinker contains members of The Reapers, Crown Court, Nations On Fire and Malad) and those are shining through many times on the album. The result is an exciting release, perfectly balancing between power, melody, melancholy and energy. The dual vocals between Ronny and Jane, the personal lyrics, the one song in german and The Bruisers cover adding even more dimensions to this great record and makes you want to spin it over and over again. Day Drinker is an entity of it's own but if we must compare, we'd say a mix of Street Dogs, Old Dropkick Murphy's and Descendents on steroids will give you an idea. The album comes in a beautifully designed gatefold sleeve with noir comic style drawings, limited to 500 copies
