Brooklyn-based Singer/Songwriter known for his emotionally charged indie rock, is back with "Another Bag Of Bones", a two-song 7" and first release in almost two years. Produced by Rob Schnapf (Elliot Smith, Saves the Day, Beck). "Another Bag of Bones" features the striking political commentary that Kevin has come to be known for, discussing current issues plaguing the United States and the global community as a whole. Side A, featuring the title-track "Another Bag Of Bones", is a somber acknowledgement of world-wide injustice, highlighting issues such as global warming, military violence and human rights violations. Side B, featuring "Love Me I'm A Liberal" is a re-worked version of famous protest singer Phil Ochs' popular 1960's track of the same title, with lyrics original to Kevin Devine and pertinent to today's political climate. Pressed on clear blue colored vinyl.
