Mirrors The Sky

Mirrors the Sky is the debut album by 25-year-old London songwriter Lyla Foy. Lyla started as a solo artist in 2012 under the name WALL, garnering acclaim from Black Cab Sessions, BBC Radio (Steve Lamacq declared "Magazine" his favorite song of the year), and Pitchfork (who praised Lyla's haunting cover of Karen Dalton's "Something on Your Mind," and spotlighted 2013's Shoestring EP). Lyla Foy's hypnotically hushed songs have come quite a long way over the past two years, and her worldwide deal with Sub Pop will find her spending quality time supporting Mirrors the Sky around the globe.
