A reissued and remastered version of a very limited run cassette released in 1999, this version includes four previously unreleased songs. Recorded at the legendary Feedback Studios in Temple City, California during the late 90s run of the studio that Circle One lead guitarist Mike Vallejo pioneered in the San Gabriel Valley for several years. The Fuzz Bombers were a project of Brian Jawa in the post Jawas era that captured his first foray into garage influenced punk that would become solidified with later bands like The Takedowns and Bad Motivator. Featuring former Cop Outs and Calavera drummer, Manuel Cerda aka Joey Dakota, in an early appearance, the band captures the sound that many bands in the East of East unincorporated cities often referred to as the SGV, were putting down at the time. With plenty of distortion and reverb coupled with heavy handed drums and vocals buried in the mix, it is a sound both familiar and vintage that was found in backyards across the valley at the time. The Fuzz Bombers self-titled is a true time capsule of the SGV, if there ever was one.
