Formed by bassist/vocalist Corin Tucker (Sleater-Kinney, Filthy Friends) and drummer Tracy Sawyer (The Lies) in Olympia, WA in 1991, Heavens to Betsy made their debut at the legendary International Pop Underground Convention.
