Dewey Jeffries was a renowned jazz pianist for 40 years in the Greater Cleveland area as well as cities throughout the United States and Canada. He frequently played with jazz giants such as Miles Davis or Benny Carter. Dewey Jeffries appeared again in the early '70s when he released some singles and then in 1981 he released 'This Is For You', an incredible piece of rare modern soul funk.
