"Le Poison" sounds like a rythm'n'blues-tune in the tradition of the legendary NINO FERRER. Ludo, the male singer, sings about food and bellyache. Following up is a great version of TRAFFIC's "Paper Sun", performed in French (and renamed "Plus Personne") by the wonderful Lucille and her five monsieurs. The B-side of this brand-new 7" "Rodéo" is a swinging surfin' instrumental - perfect to introduce a gig, a radio show, or a DJ-set! Finally, Lucille provides us with a catchy version of THE SEARCHERS' "Love Potion n°9" with some Mexican-Spanish inspiration: "Breuvage del amor", a cool girl-garage tune which is fantastic to dance to!
