Totally fucked up lyrics and radio interviews with Lightning Beat-Man, live cuts from tours and some One-Man-Recordings, but most of the songs were recorded with his backing band The Never Heard Of Ems (members of The Monsters, The Get Lost, Miracle Workers) at the legendary London Toe Rag Studios during their European tour in 1998.
