Second album for the Melbourne four-piece comprising members of Deaf Wish, Total Control, UV Race, The Focus, and "about
a billion other awesome bands." Recorded on eight-track reel-to-reel tape in one take. "On one of the songs you can hear
the reel run off," band member Jensen Tjhung, also of Deaf Wish, told M+N in a recent interview. "Then we just left it
on the machine for like six months. [Laughs] So we actually recorded it this time last year. These things sometimes take
a while." Hard Rubbish sees them drop the volume and press play on the downer country vibes, think Opal or Greg Ashley.
