Marriage Material are three brothers who were taught how to play instruments by their dad. Wise decision, because these dudes bang out some sweet garage-y punk on Making The Worry Worth I, Pt. 1'. The first couple of songs made me think of a slightly less eratic Hot Snakes. Still deliciously gritty though. And then in comes "Someone Else", a seriously poppy gem that blows all the other songs clean out of the water. If this is a sign of where this band is headed, then we will be hearing plenty more from Marriage Material in the future.
