Hailing from Montebello, California, Matamoska! was created during the infancy stage of the ghetto ska-punk movement, in November 2000. Ska-punk charged, english-spanish, two tone, 3rd wave & too much energy drink angst. Their edgy and original sound has led to various performances from numerous backyard shows to club shows featuring some of the top punk, metal, hardcore, sXe, crust/grind, psychobilly, garage, reggae, rock en espanol, and ska bands around. Under a palm tree shaded window comes the sounds of Ska Punk outfit Matamoska!'s newest recordings. They remake the punk rock anthem "I turned into a Martian" re-written in spanglish. "Band Geek Mafia" is a marriage of East Los Angeles Ska-Core and 90's SoCal Ska-Punk.
