Paris on April 18th of that year. Featuring his long-time quartet saxophonist Charlie Rouse - whose vibrant tone and
rhythmic sense are on display here - the group churns through a small handful of Monk classics. A fine live recording
from one of the most celebrated jazz quartets of all time, reissued on LP by Doxy.
