After over 25 years as a band, diverse experimentations with acoustic ingredients, distorted operations and the on-going love to live, Mother Tongue are back! They have always been at their psychologic, emotional and physical borders, but the 4 musicians from L.A. always managed to deliver an awesome mix of blues, funk, groove and rock. Founded in Austin, Texas, the band were soon popular and amongst their fans they soon counted big names such as Ian Astbury (The Cult) and Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails). Their self-titled debut (1994) was critically acclaimed and should be the basis for the cult around this band.
