It is the follow-up to his previous album, Reckless, released in 2018, as well as his Brown Boy EP, released a week before Bad Habits. Bad Habits features guest appearances from Gunna, Lil Durk, Meek Mill, The Weeknd, Future, 88Glam and Young Thug. The album debuted at #1 on the US Billboard 200, becoming Nav's first US chart-topping album.
