Rosengren, this picture sleeve EP (complete with artwork from Polish poster legend Roslav Szaybo) is the only true
existing companion piece to the other Komeda/Polanki soundtracks Cul-De-Sac and Rosemary's Baby released before his
accidental death in April 1969.
