Austin Lunn's (A. Lunder who is also in doom project SEIDR) solo black metal venture is PANOPTICON. After 2010's well-received "Collapse" record (with a guest appearance from Rob Miller from Amebix), Austin is back with this 4 track conceptual record that allows brief moments of respite in between scathing black metal destruction.
