Monk Parker releases his debut solo record "How The Spark Loves The Tinder" on the Bronze Rat label (London/Berlin - home to The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Gemma Ray, Solex and more). Featuring over 30 musicians, it was recorded over a two-year period of illness & dislocation following the breakup of his previous band The Low Lows and Parkers subsequent move to Austin TX. Featuring members of Okkervil River and The Polyphonic Spree.
