End Of An Era

Pinkerton Thugs

End Of An Era
First time ever on vinyl. Hailing from Maine, the Pinkerton Thugs brought a heavy political slant to the street punk scene that was exploding throughout New England and other parts of the US. Lyrically, and musically, the Thugs took notes from bands like the Clash, Stiff Little Fingers and Red Alert. While not as active on the road as some of their peers, they certainly left their mark throughout the Northeast by sharing the stage with the likes of Dropkick Murphys, The Buzzcocks, Down By Law and more. Pinkerton Thugs released "The Pain And.." through Jailhouse Records in 2012 with great success and the LP is currently out of circulation. "End of an Era" is the followupalbum that was originally released in 1998. "The Times" was released as a single on Anti-Flag's A-F Records that year and has since gone out of print. These previous vinyl releases are now on the collector's market. "End of an Era" is limited to 350 retail-ready copies in its first pressing.
