The recording presented on this new two-instalment vinyl set comes from a spectacular show performed while Prince & The Revolution were on their Purple Rain tour. The concert took place at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, upstate New York, on 30th March 1985, and superbly captures the magnificence of the tour, Princes most successful ever - which resulted in sales of over 1.7 million tickets across 98 shows in total.
