This album was produced by the Federal Government of Nigeria for the Government of the Republic of Mali. The Rail band are an obscure group of singers who often played at the Railway Station Hotel. They were considered government employees, and the government owned their instruments and equipment. A great pick-me-up record that's full of energy on blue wax.
