exit of the dystopian metropolis of New Junk City. Savants invite the listener in while at the same time instigating a
mass exodus from the clutches of a city on the brink of ruin. Transfixed with the studio and experimentation much like
idols the Beatles, Velvet Underground, and NEU!, Savants have abandoned the lo fi recordings of the past for a more
