Gunter's 2nd solo album (his first album was out on Brain Records), was titled "Overdue" and Gunter developed his own unique, forward-looking type of music, therefore assuming himself and exceptional position in German electronics. In spite of the clearly discernible influence of music from the so-called Berlin school (Tangerine Dream, Ash Ra Tempel), Gunter is anything but a copycat.
