From the remains of seminal New Jersey straight edge bands Turning Point, Floorpunch and Mouthpiece comes the five-piece unit known as Search. Much like the bands from which they spawned, Search kicks out a classic style of East Coast hardcore that's lean, mean and created to elicit the type of sing-alongs and stage dives you would have expected to witness on Sunday afternoons of yesteryear. While the six songs of their debut 7", "Between The Lines," are a testament to a specific style and sound of hardcore, Search most definitely exists in the here and now with a timeless message that is still as relevant and important today as it was when the members themselves discovered it in their teens.
