Kevin Seconds brings us his newest work entitled, "Off Stockton". The new album features 11 heartfelt songs that are raw and stripped down yet still brilliantly composed. There is no need for much production; it's a "less is more" mentality for sure. His DIY ethics date back to 1979 when he started seminal punk/hardcore band 7 Seconds.
