Decatur was originally billed as "a voyage of pure exploration beyond the broad established horizons of electronic music. It is an adventure into perceptions of an unparallel universe all its own." Decatur consists of one track lasting just over 42 minutes - a sound collage of oscillator noises and sounds with percussion.
