Live In Paris 1979
In 1980, Supertramp released their live album Paris, a live album capturing the massive success of their album Breakfast
In America. That album featured selections from multiple of the four nights in Paris. The new album instead is the full
set from their third night in the city, which had previously been released as a concert film in 2012. Live In Paris is
the first time the audio of that show is available without the accompanying video footage, and includes songs that
weren't included in the original Paris album like "Child Of Vision" and "Another Man's Woman." The shows were also
notable for the non-musical tricks the band deployed to keep the audience hooked, like the inclusion of a gorilla and an
appearance from silent film legend Charlie Chaplin.
