Grote Mandrenke

Troum is a German project of drone music, ambient music, noise music and experimental music. It was founded in the late 1990's by Stefan Knappe (aka BarakaH) (also the founder and owner of Drone Records) and Martin Gitschel (aka GLIT(s)CH). This release is the studio version of a live event performed throughout 2008 and 2009, an aural hallucination of the events that occurred January 15-17, 1362 along the Friesian North Sea coast, when upwards of 25,000 people Europeans died in a massive Atlantic storm ("Grote Mandrenke").
