Richmond, VA's VOLTURE is the brainchild of bassist Ryan Waste (known for his work with Municipal Waste) and guitarist Nick Poulus who formed the band in Richmond VA in November 2008 as a full time project leaning towards traditional Euro/US Metal and the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal. On The Edge is a menacing metal masterpiece that hearkens back to the days of Maiden, King Diamond, Mercyful Fate and even Motorhead. Black vinyl, limited edition of 500 copies.
