Zoumbas left the mountains of Grammeno, Greece in the 1910s for his tragically brief recording career in the US, before
his untimely death in Detroit. Deep, atmospheric, virtuosic instrumental folk music. Contains previously unreleased
archival recordings directly from the original metal parts, remastered by Michael Graves at Osirus Studios, and
presented in astonishing sound quality. *Please note this is completely unrelated to the Alexis Zoumbas "A Lament for
Epirus" LP released by Angry Mom in 2014*. Co-release with Orpheum Records
