These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Cobraside Records ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, the customer ("you", "the retailer", "the buyer") agrees to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Wholesale purchasing is available only to registered businesses. We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale accounts at our discretion.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or substitute items when necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. Taxes, duties, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the agreement with the buyer. Standard payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or approved credit terms. Late payments may result in suspended shipments or additional fees.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

7. Returns & Damaged Goods

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Backorders

Items that are temporarily out of stock may be placed on backorder and shipped when available unless the buyer requests otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cobraside Records is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
