Fourth album after Personality Crisis, Dirt Town and Dumpster Of Love. In the late 80s he had released critically acclaimed records by the Sidewinders and Sand Rubies. Rich co-founded the so called "Desert Rock" which became very popular with bands like Giant Sand. Rich describes his songs like a bend of cowboy songs and powerhouse desert rockers.
