Murphy's new album "Rainy Season" contains 11 new songs. The musical style is similar to "Beauregard", impressive arragements with instruments like acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, accordian, synthesisez(!), piano and drums. Rainy Season was mostly recorded in New York with alumni Murphy bassist Ernie Brooks and ex-Willy DeVille bandleader Kenny Margolis on keyboards.
