Lead singer Andy van Dyke's focus has always been on songwriting and Austin's Rainravens new album, their fourth for Blue Rose, is no exception. The edited down trio skirts the edges between Texas country and roots rock by employing a whole slew of guests on electric and slide guitar (including Gurl Morlix on several cuts).
